#OOTD: Black & White Timeless Elegance

 

Hi loves! 

A few months ago I decided to change my dressing habits completely. I stood in front of my wardrobe and looked critically at tons of my clothes with a shock. I still have in my mind those stressful mornings full of terrible feelings of having nothing to wear... I asked myself how many pieces from that closet I really wear on daily basis...What do you think? Yeah..I found lot of pieces I have in my closet for years and I don't wear them anymore! 

So I started to reduce them to my basics/classics and I couldn't ask for a better change! I became a big fan of the concept of capsule wardrobe (basically you own a collection of essential and classic pieces in your closet that can be mixed and matched over time). That sounds pretty well and simple, right?

In today's styling post I am happy to present you my go-to black&white elegant look. You just can't go wrong with it. I love to wear black and I immediately fell in love with the pepito pattern, as well. The coat from my #ootd is from the vintage store and it was the best purchase ever! Why? Because this fashion piece is very easy to style and it looks very chic all the time! Everything you need for this outfit is an outstanding coat with pepito pattern styled with a basic black turtleneck, black trousers (in short, black tops and bottoms), black beret, black leather gloves, black leather boots and some pop of the red colour (lips, nails, accessories - it's up to you!).  An icing on the cake can be golden details (in my case earrings and details on my handbag). And, that's it! What do you think? :-)
